“Each morning when I awake, I experience again a supreme pleasure – that of being Salvador Dali.”
INKED’s latest pop-up dinner series in collaboration with ARTSPACE and The ODD Piece is conceptualised during Art Week, inspired by painter Salvador Dali’s very own cookbook Les Diners de Gala re-launched by Taschen and infused with art pieces inspired by several of Salvador Dalí’s paintings.
From the eyes to the palette, guests are immersed in a surreal and crazily concocted experience where art meets design and food. The evenings consist of a five-course dinner menu where each course is inspired by a different section of Dali’s book. INKED will be open to the public for open viewing during the day as part of Alserkal Avenue’s Art Week activities.
INKED is a creative expression in the presence of food: a space fully-fitted with equipment, aesthetic, and expertise. By gathering people, stories and knowledge INKED leaves a trail of enhanced experiences and lasting encounters, composing with emotion to create moments that turn into memories. No experience at INKED will be the same as another, our capabilities are ever changing but our passion is constant.
